Dr. Nurul Amin, Associate Professor, Department of Geology, J.B. College (Autonomous), has supervised Mr. Monoj Kumar Jaiswal, Centre for Studies in Geography, Dibrugarh University, in the completion of the 'Doctor of Philosophy' (Ph.D.) from Dibrugarh University for his doctoral research on "Impacts of Land Use and Land Cover Dynamics on Fluvial Geomorphic Processes in Some Selected Rivers of Sonitpur District of Assam, India".
