A State level invited lecture program organized by the Department of Sanskrit in collaboration with Pracya Vidya Parishad was successfully held on 19th April, 2025 in the New Conference Hall at 1 pm. Prof. Suresh Chandra Bora, former HoD of Sanskrit, Cotton College, Guwahati & former HoD of Sankaradeva Studies, MSSV, Nagaon, Assam delivered lecture on the topic “Basics of Personal Success: Some Observations” (সাফল্যৰ মূলমন্ত্ৰ : কিছু চিন্তন). The meeting started with a Mangalacarana presented by Miss Gayatri Goswami, a student of 6th semester. The host Dr. Champak Deka, Head, Department of Sanskrit, Jagannath Barooah College welcomed all the dignitaries, guests from other institutions and participants. The inaugural speech was delivered by Vice Principal of the institute, Dr. Surajit Sharma. Guest of honour Prof. Jagadish Sarma, Department Sanskrit, Gauhati University highlighted the importance of the topic in current situation. The event concluded with a vote of thanks offered by Dr. Sangita Bora, Assistant Professor of the department of Sanskrit.
