LABORATORY

A good laboratory with all kinds of equiptment related to surveying and GIS like theodolite, dumpy level, prismatic compass, plane table, planimeter, satellite imagery, etc. A few software packages for handling GIS data is already available in the laboratory. Besides, computer facilities including printers are also made available for teaching and research purposes. The department is well equipped with different types of maps of various scales.
