A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was formally signed between the Department of Statistics, Jagannath Barooah University (JBU), Jorhat, and Jorhat Medical College and Hospital (JMCH), Jorhat, on 12th February 2026. The signing ceremony took place in the esteemed presence of the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of JBU, Prof. Jyoti Prasad Saikia.
The MoU aims to foster academic collaboration, research cooperation, and knowledge exchange between the two institutions. It will also provide opportunities for students and faculty members to engage in joint research projects, training programs, and workshops.
